GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting Product Data activities by creating, modifying or updating existing files to support product line improvements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Analyze and maintain Engineering systems and procedures in configuration programs.
Maintain pricing and edit databases.
Update the DeZURIK identification databases for all product configuration records.
Update standard product databases (part masters, BOM’s Translation files and support files).
Support PCN implementation projects related to BOM’s, Spec’s, Drawings, Translation files, item masters and any other files required.
Support productivity improvements related to product documentation and customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A student in a 2 year or 4 year program relating to business or document administration.
Formal training in Excel required.
Experience in writing programs would be a plus.
Ability to work on project teams is critical.
WORK HOURS AND COMPENSATION
Part-time, flexible schedule. A minimum of 8 hours per week is expected during the active school year.
Work times are flexible, but initially must occur between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday thru Friday. As internship progresses, work times may be considered outside the boundaries aforementioned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Normal office requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal working conditions. Pressure to meet mandated completion deadlines. Can result in stress.
