The Gallery Coordinator will assist with day to day operations of the Cambria Gallery. This individual will assist with guest relations and customer experience as well as event coordination, generating sales leads, collaboration with the local sales team and help create visibility of the gallery within the community. The Gallery Coordinator will strive to discover client’s needs while guiding them across the brand. This role will proactively reach out to clients in order to achieve individual and team goals. The ability to network and find business opportunities through events hosted are an integral part of this role. There will be a heavy emphasis in collaborating in driving traffic into the Gallery as a team. The role will report to the Assistant Manager and Manager of the Gallery.

Responsibilities:

Exceptional Service:

 Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
 Drive and achieve individual and team objectives while being accountable for sales leads
 Provide information to better help homeowners and designers understand the benefits of Cambria
 Assist guests with design solutions for their project, as requested
 Research and improve ways to enhance customer experience, product knowledge and generate more event partnerships based on the local community surroundings
 Actively seek out more information on the Interior Design and Building Industry while also maintaining education on the competition
 Ability to navigate CambriaUSA.com, Web Locator, Cambria AR and DragonVision for all audiences that seek more information

Traffic and Lead Generation:

 Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
 Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
 Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clientele tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
 Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Gallery
 Work with Gallery management to increase traffic within the Gallery and manage lead process
 Guide the lead process by communicating lead information to our retailers, business partners and MRs based on the situation

Event Coordination:

 Assist gallery managers in planning, organizing and executing all gallery events
 Lead Gallery tours during gallery gatherings (to include but not limited to business partner cocktail parties, lunch and learns and student tours)
 Update company internal social media to share pictures and activity occurring in gallery
 Stay educated on design trends by researching and conducting quarterly presentation to local team
 Work with Gallery management to research event ideas to help increase traffic
 Collaboration with Market Reps, Business Development and Corporate for various execution elements of events
Operations:
 Merchandising displays and ensuring high standards are maintained within the Gallery
 Execute sample and marketing literature inventory within the Gallery
 Gather and analyze client information using CRM tool (Salesforce)
 Other tasks to maintain the Gallery and ensure success as needed

Qualifications:

 Highly detail-oriented with a passion for perfection; self-motivated; exceptionally organized; thrives in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects
 Experience in a retail or showroom environment providing excellent guest services
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, interior design, or similar field preferred
 Experience in the interior design industry, both commercial and residential, is a plus; must have an affinity for interior design and be up on current trends
 Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
 Superior presentation skills
 Professional and tailored in appearance to reflect our premium brand
 Ability to maintain a clean Gallery and always make sure the space is presentable and in perfect condition
 Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
 Retail hour availability including weekends
 Superior organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain focus under pressure
