Title: Systems Administrator
Position Type: Exempt Hours per Week: 40
Provides technical expertise and systems administration and supports all computer platforms within the Division, including hardware and software management, database management, capacity planning, platform connectivity and disaster plan recovery, in accordance with Company guidelines and client requirements.

Provide advanced administration support of Windows workstations and servers for multisite network.
Perform maintenance/updates, troubleshooting and performance tuning of workstations, servers and network.
Active Directory Administration and support including maintaining group policy, DNS, DHCP and security.
Exchange administration and support, including smartphone/active sync devices.
Provide basic network LAN/WAN administration of routers and switches
Provide end user support to all offices and users.
Manage data backup and recovery to conform with company standards
Facilitate the virtualization and migration of applications/servers in support of our data center consolidation strategy.
Provide Linux server administration and support.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
MSCE 2003 or newer.
3+ years previous system administration experience on multiple operating systems including Windows & Linux.
3+ years as a primary administrator for multi-site Windows active directory environment, including Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Sites, Certificate Services & file/print services.
Previous administration experience with Cisco routers, firewalls, Nortel & HP switches.
Experience working in a dynamic, high-pressure production environment with multiple sites/networks.
Exposure to servers (Dell, HP), SAN storage (EMC & Equalogic) and virtualization on XenServer is a plus.
Solid trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Understanding of networking/routing and protocols in a distributed computing environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on workload.
