Full Job Description
Leverage knowledge of core project management and Identity and Access Management principles to lead a large Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation for a federal client. Define guidelines and recommendations based on leading practices tailored to the client’s needs and infrastructure and create technical road-maps, project plans, requirements, designs, and implementation plans. Facilitate sessions with the engineering team to comprehend the details, dependencies, and status of all milestones. Coordinate status with and raise issues, risks, and decisions to product owners and senior management. Identify schedule risks to inform product owners and senior management’s prioritization and trade-offs. Handle competing priorities, seeking consensus when stakeholders have different opinions. Lead and support scope definition, requirements analysis, and functional and technical design activities.
5+ years of experience with applying project management principles, methodologies, and tools on IT projects
3+ years of experience with supporting enterprise solution delivery projects, including in the area of Identity and Access Management
Experience with leading Agile software delivery projects using Scrum
Experience in interfacing with business clients to understand business needs and requirements and help develop and maintain client relationships
Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders to monitor progress and address impediments
Experience with developing executive briefings on major initiatives, incorporating findings from industry research, and best practices
Ability to manage numerous stakeholders and changing priorities at the same time
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree
Experience overseeing integration of PAM solutions with identity life cycle management products
Experience as a Scrum Master
Knowledge of LDAP, directory services, database services, RBAC, Cloud services, and additional foundational IAM technical concepts
Knowledge of major PAM COTS solutions
Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly and communicate them effectively to non-technical staff
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
PMP Certification preferred
