Lead the salon team in providing excellent guest experience.
Manage day to day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures and customer intake procedures.
Train Salon staff in daily procedure, and policy regulations.
Help manage inventory for salon retail, and general salon upkeep.
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to disputes.
Awareness of the overall ambiance of the salon throughout the day (cleanliness, temperature, music.)
Check in and check out guests.
Up-sell additional services and products.
Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
Customer Service Experience
Advanced Organization Skills to manage our team.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry or willingness to learn the process and science behind the products we carry and the services we offer.
Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends.
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and move quickly to accomplish many tasks.
Experience or researching our current salon software system, Vagaro.
