Operations Manager

Lewa-Nikkiso America, Inc. is a premiere pump company seeking a leader to join the team. This position is responsible forthe Company’s operations in support of LEWA MeteringPumps, Nikkiso Canned Motor Pumps, and Trade Products, by performing the following duties:

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

· Manages anddirects Operations as part of the Executive Management Team to meet results setforth in the Company Annual Budget and Long Range Strategic Plan

· Ensures orders are properlyprioritized in workshopper production and after sales service schedule requirements

· Delegates assignments to the Production and Aftermarket teams to maximizework efficiency and maintain schedules

· Interacts directlywith customers as needed to ensure satisfaction of both product quality and timelydelivery

· Manages theHouston facility, planning for building maintenance and updates and approvingexpenses

· Oversees the operations at 2 sites; Houston, TX and Holliston, MA, managing employees to ensureresources are effectively utilized, trained and processes are being followed

· Leads, trains,evaluates and develops individuals to ensure a high performing team

· Utilizestechniques, such as Root Cause Analysis and KPI establishment and measurementAnalysis, in conjunction with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 Standards

· Supports the Company health, safety, and environmental programsby recommending improvements and enforcing safetyregulations and policieswithin the workshops

· Collaborates with the Sales and Engineering teams to set realistic deliverydates based on existing workshopschedule/capacities

· Ensurescontinuous improvements to both Inventorymanagement and purchasing functionsthrough process development and team management

· Travels up to 30%to Holliston facility, customers and key vendors

Required Experience and Knowledge:

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or ChemicalEngineering, Supply Chain or Industrial Manufacturing from a four year collegeor university

· 10+years of related industry experience or equivalent combination of education andindustry experience

· 5+ years of experience in fabrication, assembly and aftermarketoperations and service

· 5+ years of experience in the upstream oil & gas and/ordownstream petro-chemical industry and process industries

· At least 10 years management/supervisory experience for anorganization of 10 - 25 employees

· Experience managing across multiple locations

· Working knowledge of all phases of the EPC project deliveryprocess

· Committed to HSE culture, regulations, and standards

Preferred Skills andKnowledge:

· Experience in project management (or combination of projectmanagement, project engineering, engineering management and/or projectcontrols)

· Pump experience strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
