Currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a great opportunity in a professional small office environment in Coral Gables, FL. The ideal candidate will possess proven work experience of 1-3 years with administrative and customer service responsibilities.

This temporary position is for a minimum of 4 (or more) months.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant

  • 1-3 years of office experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Office & Computer Skills
  • Excellent Communication and People Skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Friendly and Professional Customer Service Attitude
  • Professional attitude and appearance with organization skills
  • Multi-tasking and Time Management Skills plus Ability to Prioritize
  • Ability to be proactive and resourceful in solving problems
  • College or Degree preferred
