Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Digital Marketing Representative position is responsible for supporting the company’s overall marketing goal of elevating Guest Love by modernizing our approach to digital marketing, creating content for existing and emerging digital marketing channels, such as website, email, mobile, and social media platforms. This position manages the reporting and tracking of our presence on digital platforms, including campaign reporting, mining data for insights, and providing recommendations to management. The Digital Marketing Representative uses digital media to educate guests about the company, showcase what makes the Panda brand unique, and reinforce the company’s authentic heritage.

Works with managers to support and execute digital content and strategies in support of the company’s national promotions and advertising campaigns, integrating into the company’s overall marketing efforts a more direct and modernized connection between Panda and its guests. Partner with external agencies to develop digital content that complements the overall campaign.
Collaborates with the Digital Brand Manager to develop an annual promotions strategy, as well as creating content to support these initiatives with our in-house studio team and digital agency partner. Evaluates and measures promotions effectiveness.
Develops a deep understanding of our core consumer across digital platforms, educating the broader Marketing Communications team on key insights about our guests.
Partners with internal marketing and Panda Cares associates supporting Panda Cares digital efforts and PX digital market tests.
Leverages data and storytelling through presentation quality, to share out key learnings, campaign performance, and digital trends. Supports other Marketing Communications peers to accomplish team asks and special projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field required
Minimum three years of social media campaign experience and agency management & collaboration
Successful completion of annual store training
