Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading talented people in a high volume, fast paced, fine dining restaurant, to achieve profitable return to the owner, world class guest loyalty, high performance culture, and continuously improving talented ogranization
  • Increase Zazios team's effectiveness through implementation of sound business practices processes and systems in high-volume arena
  • Increase employee engagement
  • Selecting, training, coaching of staff in alignment of company values
  • Develop cross functional collaboration between all restaurant outlets
  • Develop and executes approved Zazios business & marketing plan
  • Builds high value company image
  • Sustains Four Diamond plus service quality and wow guest experience
  • Establishes and sustains key, cross functional, customer focused processes
  • Establishes and sustains community and industry relationships
  • Leading and supporting all facets of restaurant operations with an eye towards growth and success

  • Working with the Director of Food and Beverage on implementing processes and standards through regular interation with managers and staff

Qualifications What You Need for this Position
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Previous management experience, preferably in Food and Beverage
  • Cicerone and/or Sommelier preferred but not required
  • An understanding of the basic fundamentals of fiscal responsibility
  • Must be driven by purpose, mission, values, and has a sense of urgency
  • Excellent customer service skills and passionate about the guest experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
