Role and Responsibilities
Operations Analyst is responsible for data analysis and implementing the appropriate test planning methodology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure adequate data—quantity and quality—is collected, validated, and analyzed to determine the sufficiency of Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), Measures of Suitability (MOS), and Measures of Performance (MOP) for reporting purposes.
Lead data analysis efforts in collaboration with other test team members
Determine appropriate inferences, and provide information to support test reporting requirements
Develop and project data used to draw conclusions and estimates probabilities based on historical and current collection data.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an operations research-related field (statistics, mathematics, etc.)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Operational Analyst in an operational test organization
TS/SCI/Poly Clearance is required
Operational test experience
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
Will be required to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
Must be able to calculate figures and amounts, prices, commissions, and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
An ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is desirable.
Five (5) years of experience as an Operational Analyst in an operational test organization
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
TS/SCI/Poly Clearance is required

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Must be able to work overtime as necessary
Must be willing to work any shift or day of the week as required
Must be able to detect odors or hear noises, bangs, etc., or other sounds to detect problems or flaws in the functioning of simulators and its surrounding environment.
