1. The main responsibility of this position is to process of all non – associate educational visitors (both medical and graduate level programs) and medical and casual observers. AIDHC has approximately 1,000 visitors per year. This encompasses all visiting medical students, residents, and fellows. Other responsibilities include providing secretarial and clerical support to the Director of GME and the GME coordinator. This individual will perform the numerous tasks required to support functioning of the office and support the growth of the GME program. This person directly assists with the operation of the GME office.
Schedule: Full-time 30 hours a week.

Essential Functions

Track all non associate educational visitor paperwork to ensure compliance before start at AIDHC.
Track all casual and medical observers
Ensure all documents are scanned and filed appropriately.
Communicate with internal and community coordinators.
Email and scan documents to the Office of Contracts Administration.
Complete, mail and file all contract termination letters.
Provide secretarial and clerical support to the Director of GME and GME coordinator, which includes but is not limited to, completion and processing of all non associate educational visitors, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling correspondences and disseminating information as requested.
Maintain GME database.
Assist with creating agendas and transcription of minutes.
Assist with daily operations and other duties assigned.

Additional Requirements:
High School Diploma

1 year of job related experience.
