MNM COUTURE is a fast growing and leading brand of unique and elegant fashion- forward styles that highlight the female silhouette. We are Looking for a creative, self-motivatedSocial Media & Digital Marketing person to join our Creative team part time time. Work with a fun, hardworking group in a casual office environment in Downtown LA’s Fashion District. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects from concept through completion and collaborate with our internal team, clients, and vendors along the way.


  • Assist in creation and implementation of Social Media and marketing strategy across multiple platforms to generate traffic and increase brand awareness and sales where applicable.
  • Act as point of contact for clients, account managers, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Stay up-to-date on all social media trends and developments.
  • Other duties as assigned that support the overall brand, department and program goals.
  • Creating and delivering monthly and/or weekly reports.

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Criteria:

  • B2B and B2C Knowledge - You should have experience working with both B2C and B2B
  • Working knowledge of top social media platforms including usage, demographics and marketing opportunities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat. etc.)
  • Strong Knowledge of social media monitoring tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and legal guidelines.
  • Knowledge and experience of social media advertising/sponsoring.
  • Superior writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create tasteful, targeted content.
  • Proficiency with data analytics.
  • A passion for current popular culture.
  • Team Player.

The Following Would Be Considered a Plus:

  • Brand experience
  • B2B and B2C Knowledge - You should have experience working with both B2C and B2B
  • Photoshop/Graphic Design experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and PR
  • Email Marketing experience


  • Hands-on manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in social media and community management.
  • Well-versed in all social media platforms, monitoring tools, analytics and listening tools such as Planonly, Iconosquare, Hootsuite and Schedugram.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Mac.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fashion background highly desired.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
