Director, Strategic Account Management

ecoATM LLC - Remote

The Director, Strategic Account Management is responsible for managing the account team and growing the ecoATM kiosk business across multiple retail channels. This leadership position will initially be responsible for the account strategy, commercial growth plans and business goal achievement for ecoATM?s expanding Grocery Channel business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop strategic account growth strategies and commercial execution plans that deliver on business goals and achieve annual revenue targets
Drive year-over-year revenue growth for assigned strategic channel partners
Function as the product and industry expert/evangelist with existing clients in tandem with the established account & marketing teams to develop strategic client partnerships with ecoATM
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales planning, analytics, product development, contracts administration, and asset management to drive continuous improvement in network management and performance driving tactics throughout the client portfolio
Operate as customer advocate to ensure timely, relevant feedback and input delivery to the Line of Business for appropriate action as part of the fiscal operating plan
Manage pipeline building, reliable forecasting and customer-centric management of revenue-generating opportunities
Innate analytical capacity to understand site selection and kiosk performance criteria
Deliver quarterly business reviews to advance ecoATM’s position with our partners, demonstrate value and expand/optimize the kiosk network footprint
Participate in weekly pipeline reviews to report, track and monitor progress to goal
Partner collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on business-building and process improvement initiatives to support growth and scale
Ensure strategic customer satisfaction and manage timely issue resolution
Staff, lead, and inspire the required account team responsible for assigned channel partners
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required
10+ years of experience in direct account management expertise with a variety of clients and channels required
5+ years of experience in setting strategy and building sales execution plans required
Proven track record of leading and scaling teams required
Experience in coaching, managing and developing professional-level direct reports required
Experience in authoring, implementing, and managing a sales operating plan within a fiscal year required
Experience with new business development and new product launch highly preferred
Experience managing large retailers, meaningful grocery experience is a plus

Commercial acumen and a proven track record of developing new business and expanding existing account relationships
A steady demeanor with the judgement to determine when to escalate and how to prioritize competing inputs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
