Job Title: Bay Area, REMOTE Senior Family Law Paralegal
Szeto-Wong Law, is a boutique law firm specializing in employment litigation and family law, is seeking an experienced Senior family law paralegal. Position is Full-time and fully remote.
Candidate needs significant experience working as a Senior Family Law Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on cases and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. Applicants should be knowledgeable about Family Law protocols and procedures. Seeking highly-organized professionals with great attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
o 6+ years working as a paralegal in California Divorce and Family Law with at least one year FT time experience with Santa Clara Court
o Strong computer skills
o Excellent written/analytical/oral communication skills
o Strong work ethic
o Trial experience a plus
o Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of properly managing tasks based on their time-sensitive nature.
