Compensation: $60k - $65k (including up to $15k bonus)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our next-level, therapeutic massage center and art gallery in Midtown Atlanta. Our mission is toinspire and support the holistic health of our members and guests through custom therapeutic massage and beautiful art in a centrally located, spacious, inspired setting – giving urban residents, workers and visitors gracious Southern hospitality and a 5-star experience each and every visit as members, guests, couples, groups, or private events.
This role demands a balance of cross-functional collaboration and leadership, high emotional intelligence, a strong sense of empathy, excellent acumen for data analysis, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptionally high quality work in a back office capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for General Operations, Marketing Management, Project Management/ Events Management, HR Administration, and Strategic Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
General Operations:
- Manage all back office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, strong processes, a clean and safe facility, and ultimately an exceptional client experience.
- Develop, document, implement and value engineer operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and report on business metrics.
- Proactively identify and address anomalies and opportunities to improve business practices.
- Manage supplies inventory and budget. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing. Source new vendor relationships as needed.
- Coordinate recurring maintenance and acute repairs as necessary. Manage all 3rd party vendors to meet service level agreements and cost controls.
- Manage ongoing programs including parking, IT, physical security, property and facility improvements, customer disputes, and fraud.
Marketing:
- Write content for website, emails, social media and blog.
- Ghost write articles for press releases, Medium, LinkedIn, et al.
- Collaborate with Front Desk Supervisor on community outreach & engagement via email and social media campaigns, and events.
- Project manage content calendar.
- Project manage website development team, which uses WordPress.
- Develop and implement webstore changes directly via Zenoti.
Events Management:
- Project manage events calendar and all events at The Art of Touch, including Fall Art Show in October and Holiday Gift Fair in December.
- Develop and curate art exhibitions via artist relations and art gallery management
- Support events for B2B customers and partners, such as corporate health expos and on site chair massage events
HR Administration:
- Develop, document and implement onboarding, ramping and ongoing training policies and procedures.
- Manage talent retention, HR compliance & HR administration.
- Develop and support the creation of written job descriptions.
- Recruit and project manage the hiring process for massage therapists.
Strategic Planning:
- Evaluate and recommend software and other tools for the business.
- Attend Zenoti's annual conference in Las Vegas in October.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in marketing management, including content management.
- 3+ years experience in events management.
- 2+ years experience with Zenoti POS/Scheduling Software.
- Current or past LMT certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in an operations role, ideally within a spa, wellness center, physical therapy clinic, or retail environment, including back office and content writing responsibilities.

Base Salary + Bonus:
- $45,000 - $50,000 base salary, DOE
- Up to $15k performance-based annual bonus tied to Objectives & Key Results for revenue growth, customer satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency.
