Summary Description:

This position will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create an individualized recovery program for each client. This position will provide effective client supervision and counseling services both individual and group as well as facilitate treatment plans. This Outpatient Clinician will be responsible for file management as well as timely reporting. Participation in continuous quality improvement and team development initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities and Other Characteristics:

Master's degree in human services or a related field required. A valid LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC, through the Department of Public Health CT license, is preferred. Certified Co-occurring Disorder Professional Certification a plus. Experience with the behavioral health field. A valid Driver's license required. Demonstrate a professional positive attitude and ability to engage clients effectively. Ability to effectively communicate, demonstrate teamwork and a commitment towards team excellence. Successfully demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, adjust to change workload, schedules, and situations. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
