POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for recruitment, and talent acquisition of associates. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing the recruiting process while developing and executing strategies that support the business plan and strategic direction..

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred with a minimum of 1-3 years staffing experience, preferably in the retail environment or a combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential functions of position.

Proficient knowledge of computer applications.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multi-tasks simultaneously.

Possess a valid Georgia Drivers License and be insurable by company carrier.

Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as required and travel, as necessary.
