Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supply chain analytics as well as the support of the global supply plan. This position will be responsible for data tracking, aggregation, and reporting with supply chain planning, translating the sales forecast into a supply plan for manufacturing execution, providing requirements to internal and third party manufacturing sites, working closely with sites to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods according to requirements, managing daily inventory requirements through direct coordination with other functional groups, but not limited to, Logistics, Procurement, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsible for executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects.
Analyze data and provide reporting to support and optimize supply chain planning.
Develop global supply plan based on sales forecast and manufacturing constraints.
Translate supply plan into executable purchase orders with third party manufactures.
Work with internal and third party manufactures on a routine basis to deliver requested finished goods inventory according to scheduled timeline and quantity requirements.
Ensure the adherence to Global Operations standards for Supply Planning and Third Party Manufacturing.
Optimize inventory/supply holdings to limit excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring satisfaction of customer orders.
Coordinate inventory shipments amongst operational and quality teams to ensure seamless delivery to distribution centers.
Balance inventory requirements to minimize the potential for back-orders.
Support the Sales and Operations Planning Process (S&OP) through relevant metric reporting and summary of key supply/capacity constraints.
Ensure supply chain transactions are executed timely and accurately in all key operational systems.
Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support data quality.
Supports development and documentation of data management processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
Identifies areas for transactional and data quality improvements and helps to resolve problems through the control and development of a data management process.
Provides assistance in resolving transactional and data quality problems through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and system owners.
Manages, analyzes, and resolves data issues and manages revisions needed to best meet both internal and external stakeholder requirements.
Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain , Engineering, or related degree.
Industry Experience Required
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in buying, planning and data management operating systems in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Proficiency required in MS Office applications.
Proficiency in SAP or an equivalent ERP system is a plus.
Specialized Certifications/ License/Training
Supply Chain Management knowledge.

Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to recognize the existence of and differences among recognizable situations. Must be able to respond and take action necessary with respect to the source of information to be applied and alternatives involve.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
