The Marketing Specialist role is a highly-visible role, in a collaborative team environment, that supports and advances the Firm's capability to win new work and promotes exposure of our capabilities in a variety of marketing mediums. The marketing team functions as a cohesive and flexible group that works on a variety of marketing disciplines on any given day. Support efforts include, but are not limited to, coordination and production of the technical and creative aspects of proposal compilation, collateral materials, presentations, special events, internal/external communications, and CRM system management. In this role, you will leverage your specific marketing specialty, and learn new skills, to work collaboratively with the firm’s leadership team members, external clients and consultants, and marketing team colleagues. This role is ideal for a career-oriented marketing professional who is seeking to develop existing skills, expand marketing specialty areas, and develop leadership and business development skills in our employee-owned Firm. Day-to-Day you will:

Drive and set the pace for preparation of proposals, presentations, advertising, database maintenance, and direct mail campaigns to assure timely submissions.
Leverage your creative skills to enhance the content, look, and feel of presentations, proposals, project sheets, website/intranet, graphics, and other marketing and communication materials for internal and external purposes.
Participate in the creative and technical development and maintenance of all marketing resource materials, including brochures, presentations, project sheets, resumes, proposals, photographs, trade show supplies/equipment, and inventory and management of in-house supplies.
Contribute to the ongoing updates and support of the CRM system data (Deltek) and opportunity tracking.
Participate in tradeshows/conferences as required.

About You

Demonstrable skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint required; intermediate to advanced competency working with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications; or Associate’s Degree in a business related discipline with at least 3-5 years relevant work experience in a marketing role may be substituted.

Prior experience/knowledge of professional services environments desirable, A/E/C experience considered a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms; frequently required to sit, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
