Full Job Description

Physical therapy office seeking a medical biller and accounts receivable specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for all aspects of billing and accounts receivable. Candidate will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining authorization if necessary. Review all charges for accuracy and submit claims, post all payments, send out statements and monitor aged accounts and follow up on delinquent accounts. They will provide customer service to patients about their accounts. They must have an aptitude for attention to detail and must be able to work in close cooperation with other personnel. This will also entail occasional front desk coverage. Medical terminology, medical billing and coding are preferred but not required. Salary DOE.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
