Job Overview:
As the TikTok & Instagram Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging, platform-specific content that highlights our clinic’s expertise and resonates with our followers. The ideal candidate is innovative, has a strong visual style, and understands how to create shareable, impactful content on both TikTok and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos and stories for TikTok and Instagram, focusing on transformations, client testimonials, and aesthetic tips.
- Develop and implement creative concepts that align with trending sounds, challenges, and themes in the beauty and aesthetic space.
- Manage posting schedules and engage actively with our TikTok and Instagram communities, responding to comments and direct messages professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with clinic promotions, updates, and overall brand voice.
- Track content performance, analyzing metrics to optimize for engagement and follower growth.
- Stay informed on TikTok and Instagram trends, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating content specifically for TikTok and Instagram, ideally in beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
- Proficient in filming, editing, and utilizing effects native to TikTok and Instagram platforms.
- Strong storytelling skills with a good eye for aesthetic details.
- Ability to adapt to trends quickly and create content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with on-camera work, if needed.
Preferred:
- Experience in content creation for a medical or aesthetic practice.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing apps/software.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) REQUIRED
