Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in facility management and service experience with an emphasis on hospitality, corporate services, property management, or equivalent office management within a large organization.
Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) in supporting business divisions growth.
Experience with vendor and performance based management, focused on achieving high-levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience working towards financial targets and goals.
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, with an ability to express high-level concepts smoothly and effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Ability to put data into context and use it to draw conclusions and make business decisions.
Ability to think “outside the box” and bring creative, nonstandard and innovative solutions to the table.

As a Facilities Manager, you'll work on the optimization for efficiencies and you'll continually seek improvements - even small changes that can make a huge impact. Create, implement and manage operational objectives and processes for your geographic portion of the portfolio, while remaining nimble and adaptable to the constantly changing environment.
Be accountable for the building operations and services through proactive program and Vendor management.
Drive innovation by pushing boundaries and bringing strategic direction to the Facilities team. Set and meet/exceed goals in sustainability, accessibility, and all the other values core to REWS service.
Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and best practices across regions, while consistently innovating to improve effectiveness of our facilities.
Oversee an outsourced vendor team, through input from your team and key stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and user satisfaction.
