As part of our development team, you will predominantly be involved in building business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You'll stretch your skills and grow your careers as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with the established specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value. This is a unique development role where your skills will be used to make the systems stable, scalable.

Primary Responsibilities:
Identify emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
Provide System Level Architect solutions considering the future application prospects
Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
Document potential solutions for presentation, review, revision, approval, delivery and maintenance
Coordinate with business, domain, solution and program architects to ensure gap free delivery of system level code

Required Qualifications:
5 + years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience as a Java Developer/Engineer

2 + years of experience and good understanding of architectural principles

2 + years of experience with Shell Scripting

Knowledge of DevOps tools

Experience of Source Code management techniques using GitHub.

Oracle experience

Experience working with geographically dispersed teams


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred


CA Agile Central

Health care industry experience

Experience with standard SDLC and quality processes

EA Sparks and TOGAF
