The Senior Master Data Specialist administers contract management processes and interfaces for SCM. Facilitates contract actions and processes.
Collaborates with contract processing team to create, revise systems and procedures by analyzing practices, recordkeeping systems and form controls.
Coordinates execution of approved documents, updates status in system and distributes documents both internally and externally.
Maintains contract files and administers all pre- and post-contract execution actions and requirements including maintenance of tracking methodology to ensure follow up process in place for notification of tasks.
Collaborates with contract team members in the review and preparation of support documents for agreements, amendments, contract extensions, and product adds/deletes for review, approval and execution.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One year of related procurement experience required.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Experience in shared services/internal service delivery role preferred.
