Immediate opening for a personal assistant for a small business owner with multiple businesses. This is primarily a work from home position... Duties include copying and sending correspondence via email and regular mail, making phone calls, setting appointments, making travel arrangements, running errands, data entry, social media management, marketing and other duties as assigned. Must be proficient with all Microsoft office products. This position is a part time position approximately 10 hours a week. Work hours are somewhat flexible but must be available for meetings and to work certain events. Really looking for someone with experience noted above, a "can do " attitude, a pleasant, professional, fun personality and someone that can grow with the company. This position may become a full time position. Must have a home computer. Please note: This is an out of the box opportunity. There are times when bonuses will be paid. Opportunity to earn a license in a new field of work. If you are looking for a position where you ONLY type memos and set appointments etc. this is not the position for you.
