The Region Director of Field Operations-West Region is accountable and responsible for the financial and operating performance of all products and services within a defined geographic area of the company. Specifically, the Region Director of Field Operations is responsible for the overall annual Business Plan performance as it relates to Revenue, Gross Margin, Business Retention and Customer Satisfaction objectives. This includes both current business and new client sales growth across all verticals and products. The Region Director of Field Operations has performance accountability to the VP of Field Operations and works within a matrix managed organization including Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Corporate Operations, Finance and support operations in HR, IT and Quality. The Region Director of Field Operations has the ability to draw upon any function or resource within the organization in pursuit of business plan objectives.
This position will have supervisory responsibility. This position works from a remote, home office within the United States located near a major airport. This position must be willing and able to travel up to 75%.
You’d be having fun doing this and more throughout the week:
Work with Executive Team to develop Business Plan goals with short-term and long-term goals, objectives and operating procedures.
Ensure Revenue performance meets or exceeds Business Plan goals.
Acquire business, retain and grow grow existing business in order to meet or exceed Revenue and Gross Margin Business Plan goals.
Ensure client retention as per Business Plan goals and client satisfaction as per Company goals.
Manage Direct Expense lines to Budget.
Work with Commercial Team and Product Managers to ensure Product and Market categories meet or exceed Business Plan goals.
Work with the Finance Team to maintain acceptable Accounts Receivable performance.
Work with the Commercial Team to develop client relationship and account management plans.
Develop and maintain key client relationships as assigned and/or required.
Develops direct reports through hiring, training, coaching and mentoring.

You also need these qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business required.
Must demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in successfully managing business operations including customer service organizations, profit and loss responsibility, and leading people in achieving company goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
