QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science; Double Majors or Minors in Accounting or Business a plus
1 - 3 years’ experience with software development, database administration and design
1 – 2 years’ experience in MySQL or other database scripting language
1 – 2 years’ experience with Java and Agile Development preferred
Knowledge of data and document security policies
Technical writing experience
Speed and accuracy in navigating software
Strong data management skills
Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines
Enjoys problem solving & trouble-shooting
Excellent written and oral communication
Experience with Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates and maintains connections between accounting databases and data sources
Assists with the development of reports and utilities for online accounting workflow system
Documentation and reporting features, issues, and resolutions
Development of policy and best practices for future software development
Enforce policies and best practices using checklists
Report writing in JasperSoft Studio
Share and maintain weekly software development and status reports with management
Liaison between users and design team
Other duties as assigned
