The CWT Price Tracking Manager is responsible for the successful planning, design, documenting, execution, monitoring and control for this product’s implementations across NorAm and Global markets as our priorities for 2018 and beyond are to shape our organization to best align with our CWT 3.0 digital strategy for growth. Reporting to the TS Centralized Services’ Area Manager, the Price Tracking Manager will be paramount to the success of this product, by fostering relationships, driving collaboration, managing standards and delivering required timelines to increase revenue generation.

Overview:
  • Work with internal teams to achieve financial goals as defined
  • Ensure to provided excellent customer experience
  • Role would include managing technology-related projects as outlined
  • Directly managing a small team of agents
  • Indirectly managing a larger offshore agent population on processes and changes
  • Manager SLA, conversion rates and driving revenue
Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide leadership on a daily basis to the Price Tracking teams, directly and indirectly
o Set clear measureable performance expectations

o Manage the daily SLA and KPI

o Tracking, measuring and reporting on collected data to enable improvements

  • Drives operational excellence and highest levels of customer service, fostering a customer centric environment where the customer perspective is central to the activity and thinking of the department
o Ensure adherence to operating standards

o Ensure proper staffing levels to maintain all deliverables of the client’s offering

o Implement necessary training and staff development based on the department processes

o Collaborate with TS and CWT Product’s team to develop solutions to outstanding issues

  • Manages the financial projections in making recommendations to improve the profitability of the product
o Manage the conversion rates

o Manager non-actionable PNR for trending and improvements

o Collaborate to improve standards to ensure consistency across clients

o Research and Resolve Customer Service Issues to reduce payouts

  • Maintain communication between TS, Product team and Clients
o Continue to outline key changes, gaps in performance that could affect a client’s progress

  • Demonstrated ability to:

Qualifications

Looking for an the following qualifications:
  • 5 plus years in the Travel Industry booking rules and roles
  • Proficient in 2 or more GDS - Requirement
  • Knowledge of CWT Price Tracking is a plus
  • Knowledge and use of CWT tools and technology
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in people management skills, including management of remote/virtual workers
  • Experience working with offshore locations
  • Process oriented and project management experience
  • Exercise high sense of urgency to meet deadline obligations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to champion change
  • Effective organization skills
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
