BAYADA Rehabilitation a specialty program of BAYADA Home Healthcare in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Program Manager to take on a leadership role in a progressive senior living program offering a comprehensive continuum of care to its clients. This includes traditional home care under the Medicare Part A benefit, as well as outpatient therapy services under the Medicare Part B benefit. The foundation of the program is exceptional clinical care and relationship management as Bayada clinicians become a true healthcare partner in the senior living communities.
The Program Manager will be a Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapist or RN that leads a team of nurses and therapists who perform services in the senior living setting. This multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of business development and enhancement, marketing, clinical care, business operations, quality assurance and case management
The ideal candidate will work as part of a high performance team of therapists and nurses and possess sound clinical skills with experience in both the homecare and outpatient setting. Previous management experience and strong interpersonal skills are a must, and experience working in or with senior living communities is preferred. There will be a high expectation of business growth and referral management in this position.
Supervise team of clinicians
Business development by maintaining strong relationship with facility staff
Travel to multiple facilities in the Triad territory
A current NC PT, OT, SLP or RN license
3+ years clinical therapy experience.
Prior supervisory experience.
Home care experience and knowledge of Medicare Parts A & B strongly preferred.
Previous marketing or business development experience.
Strong management and leadership background.
