What Inside Sales contributes to Cardinal Health

Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers. The sales cycles will tend to be simple in nature and may or may not lead to a long term customer relationship.

Monday - Friday (10am-7pm)

Accountabilities in this role

Achieve assigned sales goals and customer contact frequency
Expand customer base and products sold to this base
Conduct quality sales calls
Form long standing customer relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
Proactively demonstrate the defined value of partnering with ParMed Pharmaceuticals group, both pre- and post-sales
Demonstrate positive interactions with customers and team members
Adhere to all policies and procedures
Adhere to the core values of the company
Work under moderate supervision
Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Basic keyboarding and computer skills
1-2 years previous sales experience preferred
What is expected of you and others at this level

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
Works on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution
Refers to policies and past practices for guidance
Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignments
