ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a Personal Assistant for an artist based in Los Angeles.

Regular Tasks For This Role
- Frequent travel, both domestic and international
- Keeping principal’s calendar organized and properly formatted
- Sending principal pertinent reminders of meetings, phone calls, events, birthdays, appointments, etc
- Assisting principal with various correspondence
- Booking appointments
- Coordinating Travel, both commercial and private, for principal including ground
- Prepping principal for travel (packing, unpacking, etc)
- Making reservations
- Assisting with gifting needs
- Organizing digital files and information
- Taking direction from the principal, understanding what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks
- Working closely with the principal’s full team to accomplish macro and micro goals
- Running errands
Skills/Experience/Education
- Previous experience working as a personal assistant for a minimum of 2 years is preferred
- Previous experience working with a touring musician is preferred
- Experience traveling extensively both domestically and internationally
- Proficient in social media and technology
- Self Starter
- Strong Critical Thinking Skills
- Adaptable in a variety of situations
- Able to read a room
- Genuinely enjoys being of service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
