JOB SUMMARY:
Develops, implements, and coordinates activities to ensure continuous compliance with Accreditation, State and Federal regulations and other external certification programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3 to 5 years experience in a hospital setting with demonstrated experience with The Joint Commission (TJC) and other regulatory agencies or certification survey processes required.
Experience with related tools including computer programs such as Word & Excel required.
FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure
Appropriate certification preferred

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, critical thinking, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, and computer usage. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agency requirements such as The Joint Commission, CMS, state Health Department, AHCA, Boards of Licensure, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control.
