The Enrollment Services Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, developing, preparing, and delivering key communications from Enrollment Services to promote strategic objectives, initiatives and programs. Provides support for the Assistant Vice President to develop ongoing branding for Enrollment Services. Maintains, reviews, and coordinates Enrollment Services communication plans and performs communication audits, including edits to ensure consistency and effectiveness throughout Enrollment Services. Create a basic Social Media plan including reusable templates.
Coordinates with other divisions to facilitate and identify best practices for communications, web content, and presentations. Create graphic designs as needed for departmental initiatives and events.
