KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Client Success Management to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of Cyber Managed Services engagements, including building client relationship, identifying process improvement opportunities, and managing engagement financials. Working with the internal teams and clients - setting appropriate priorities, expectations and alignment to execute successful engagements is a set of integral tasks for this role.
Plan and execute on client engagements focusing on business processes and risk mitigation in areas such as Identity & Access Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Cyber Response amongst others
Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, including those involving Identity Management, Provisioning, Authentication, Authorization, Monitoring & Certifications, Auditing & Reporting
Assist with management and execution of an IAM Application Onboarding engagements, including working with key stakeholders to gather requirements, develop design documentation, and lead team in integration and implementation activities
Manage the design and development of security solutions that meet requirements, adhere to applicable policies, and comply with information security requirements
Provide proficiency and oversight with regard to architecture, integration, and support of one or more, Identity platforms such as Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint (IdentityIQ), ForgeRock and PingIdentity

Qualifications:
Five years of experience with information security or in a technology related field
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of the various Identity and Access Management platforms including SailPoint Identity IQ, Ping Federate, Microsoft Office technologies (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and ForgeRock
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while possessing a strong understanding of RBAC methodologies
Experience managing cross functional and offshore teams and possess exceptional interpersonal, team building, mentoring, and leadership skills
Strong knowledge base in operations, enterprise networking, systems evaluation and architecture
