The Shared Risk Platform Team helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk areas, including credit risk, operational risk, market risk, reputation risk, and compliance risk.
Shared Risk Platform Team strives to ensure that all Wells Fargo corporate functions and lines of business soundly manage risk, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and offer products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.
This position is within the Enterprise Information Technology – SHRP Platform group.
Primary responsibilities for the individual in this role will be:
Coordinate creation of user stories and product backlog items with product owner (Agile development);
Partnering with product owner to ensure system changes/enhancements are appropriate, effectively designed and tested prior to their move to production;
Responsible for quality and delivery of the requirements, and for ensuring that all work tasks are assigned and completed in accordance with project schedules and plans
Provide guidance and direction on production issues
Continuously improve our processes to raise quality and shrink timelines
Understand and assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met;
Participate in BCP activities.
May also be responsible for the following activities:
Document and administer change management requests or backlog items;
Participate in daily Scrum meetings;
Develop and maintain schedules/calendars, change timelines, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and other artifacts;
Provide regular status updates to manager and team members;
Fulfill other analysis or research activities as requested;
Ability to work “flextime” to attend scheduled meetings off hours with international teams.
The preferred work locations area Charlotte-NC. Preference will be given to those candidates that either currently live in or are willing to relocate these locations with limited to no relocation assistance.
7+ years of application development and implementation experience
4+ years of experience with Archer 5.2 or above
4+ years of experience with on-demand application development experience in Archer
4+ years of experience with data feed setups in Archer
4+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events
5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
3+ years of Agile experience
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with RESTful API calls
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Archer core solutions experience
Knowledge and understanding of business requirements analysis and writing of technical specifications
Experience in Archer which includes creating fields, reports, iView's, and dashboards to configure access control and record permissions, events, and notifications
Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support
Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
A BS/BA degree or higher
