We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. Previous food and beverage supervisory or management experience.
Minimum of 2 years management/supervisory experience.
Establish and maintains effective internal controls within the department.
Oversees and assists in the training and development of restaurant staff.
Ability to work a variety of varying schedules.
Extensive beverage and wine knowledge.
California approved Food Handler’s Certification is required upon hire.
Flexible schedule to meet business demands, with availability to work during the week and weekend availability is essential.
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances on property.
