You would be responsible for answering the phone, checking emails, organizing the front, reception area, copyediting marketing materials, organizing and maintaining client database, keeping all information obtained in client database confidential, assisting with the day to day operations of general office duties.
Experience with Interactive Media Strongly Preferred.
Key Components – Strong Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Publish or Photoshop), Organization, communication, confidence, and attention to detail.
Possibility for transition to full time and commissions.
