QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; Master’s Degree preferred
Three years of related experience in Montessori, International Baccalaureate(IB), and/or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) program implementation
A desire to work in a relentless and outcomes-driven environment
A "get it done" mentality, sees barriers as opportunities for innovation
Must be flexible in managing various projects in a high-stress environment
Must possess strong data analysis skills
Proficient in MS Office Professional
Willingness to work beyond the confines of the job description to contribute to a powerful team committed to educational equity and student achievement

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Support the development and implementation of the Transformation School’s annual planning year goals to ensure successful launch of new Choice schools
Ensure that goals are aligned with district guidelines and the Public School Choice strategic plan
Experience with school model implementation for Montessori, International Baccalaureate (IB), and/or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) program implementation
Ability to maintain cross-functional teams with other district departments, education nonprofits, institutions of higher learning, committees, and other vested stakeholders
Make presentations to internal and external stakeholders who are interested in and/or may be of assistance to supporting the launch and design of the school
Stays abreast of current education research and practices (e.g. highly effective and/or innovative pedagogy at the secondary level, school design trends, state and federal guidelines, etc.)
Develop and build any partnerships vital to the success of the school
Participate on special projects when necessary

Salary Minimum: $57,262

Selected individuals for Dallas Independent School District positions will be placed according to compensation guidelines. A campus-based employee may not assume a new position for which he/she was selected based upon the posting process until the end of the current semester, unless approved by the chief officer – Human Capital Management.
