We are looking for motivated people who enjoy working in a team environment!!! Our teams are comprised of both men and women. Our work is based in Bucks County. Our shop is run out of Ottsville, Pa. We do not travel more than 12 miles to get to our jobs.
Ideally, the applicant has experience. Compensation based on job & experience. Work sites vary daily and are located in Bucks County.
Property maintenance consists of: weeding, pruning, cleanup of leaves/debris, fertilizing, mulching/edging of beds, etc. The ideal candidate understands how to work hard & with speed/efficiency. Our clients expect a certain caliber of quality. Attention-to-detail and efficiency are most important here, followed by a true love of the outdoors and a desire to create beauty and keep clients happy in a timely fashion. Please note we do not mow lawns, snow plow or install hardscape.
Physical fitness is important to keep up with the job – you must be in good physical shape & be able to easily lift and carry material.
Ideal candidate prefers being outdoors over an office job, love the workout, and we love working in gardens and in a team like environment. We are willing to train/educate highly motivated individuals.

Applicant Requirements:
- detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to follow specific instruction
- maintain an efficient work pace from 8:30am-4pm (Monday-Friday)
- be able to safely lift up to 50lbs when needed
- maintain a valid driver's license
Experience and Positions Available:
- All positions are considered Full-Time-Seasonal (March through Late December)
- Applicants should have a minimum of (1) full year of field experience though not mandatory if pursuing a new career in Ornamental Horticulture or have recently studied at a college or university level
- We do not mow/treat lawns or construct hardscape, so please do not consider lawncare as "experience" when applying
- Both general labor & leadership positions are available - pay will vary based on skill set and experience.
Compensation:
- Bi-Weekly Paychecks
