Position Details
The Sales Coordinator in our Premium Club will report directly to the VP of Sales and Service, works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential duties of the Sales Management Team.This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts.
Assist VP of Sales & Service with scheduling calendar, project management, meetings and travel. Assist with the day-to-day activities, including: scheduling, prioritizing time commitments, project management, research and communications of sales management team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities and facilitating cooperation of others
Receives incoming calls and responds independently when possible, manage Sales department phone lines.
Assists with the development and preparation of information and materials for meetings and presentations. Proactively pull and track CRM reports for VP, and other key stakeholders
Creates and modify internal and external correspondences and documents.Executive expense reporting and budget assistance on behalf of the VP and other Sales Managers
Liaison with sales and services team to help manage Vice Presidents time and priorities.
Creates and maintains filing systems for all Client Contracts
Manage Contract Process for all new ClientsPlan and execute Premium Sales & staff events and goal celebrations.
Assist with special projects.
Throughout projects, ensure that the executive team, department heads, and other stakeholders are informed as to the status of assigned projects and initiatives while working with task owners to ensure timely and quality completion of the project.
The ideal candidate must have a desire to be grow into a revenue generating role
Excellent self-accountability for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism
Process-oriented, highly organized, fast and accurate, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends and holidays as necessary)Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, SFDC, Archtics, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
