This position is a temporary position to assist with Membership Services as we undertake an overhaul of and transition of our association management software platform. Anticipated timeline is about 4 months with possibility of transitioning to permanent position.
We are looking for a Membership Coordinator to help us design and deliver a successful Individual Membership programme. As a central point of contact for all Individual Membership matters, this role will be responsible to help develop and maintain plans, follow up on tasks, gather updates, prepare communication and reports related to the Individual Membership. programme. Reporting to the Director of Chapters/SIGs & Individual members, the coordinator will act as the liaison between different internal departments, external contractors and providers to implement our strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Help in developing draft plans and maintaining schedules
Liaison with other teams to make sure agreed-upon schedules are on track
Assist in making changes to the Membership digital experience
Help resolve Member questions, requests and complaints
Other duties as assigned
Experience coordinating membership programmes
Excellent project management, communication and organization skills
Digital native, not afraid to learn and try new things
Experience with MemberNova or another AMS desirable
Excellent written and spoken English required, French and Spanish knowledge considered an asset
