Description & Requirements
Lead pricing and package architecture development through analysis of market and competitive dynamics for assigned Categories within a BU.
Establish marketplace pricing strategy by customer and channel to deliver sustainable topline growth (Price Curve)
Drive consumer- category- competitive and channel analysis to inform the revenue strategy including profit pool assessment- pack price architecture and promotional strategy.
Develop the List Price file for assigned categories.
Provide support for ad-hoc pricing related projects and analysis as requested
Interface with BU category cross-functional teams (marketing- sales- operations- finance- insights) to ensure alignment on short- and long-term strategy
Maintain audit requirements per EY guidance
BS in Finance- Accounting or Business Administration required; M.B.A. preferred.
3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
2+ years of experience in Investment Banking- Private Equity- Consulting- Corporate Finance- or Accounting- preferred
Strong business acumen- communication and negotiation skills
Skills as a cross-functional partner
Strong Technical and Systems orientation
Proven capability to manage large sets of data in MS Excel
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management
Exhibits strong analytical- written and verbal communication skills
