Position Summary
This position’s primary purpose is to:
Interact closely with superintendents to manage turnkey window and door packages. Coordinating order release, installation dates and installation quality. Being a liaison between builder and TNT working with superintendents on a daily basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
It is essential to TNT that all field installation jobs are performed at the highest level of efficiency. The Area Manager is responsible for scheduling the installation date, ensuring jobsite readiness, overseeing field performance, tracking the progress of each house, and quality inspection. Essential to this process, the Area Manager must:
· Build and maintain rapport and mutual respect with the superintendent.
· Obtain information on each job and learn each builder’s production schedules and find out special issues that might be unique to their subdivisions.
· Schedule install dates with Superintendent based on knowledge of builder and subdivisions. Two to three days per week monitor jobsite development.
· Schedule delivery of material to coincide as closely as possible with install date.
· Ensure job site readiness by walking the house a minimum of two days in advance of scheduled installation to make sure rough openings are correct and the entire job site is ready.
· Verify that framers/etc. have corrected rough openings and other noted issues prior to the install date.
· Communicate and constantly reinforce TNT Quality Assurance standards and objectives to crew leaders and other field personnel.
· Ensure that paperwork is turned in within 48 hours of installation.
· Read and understand blueprints to decipher accurate material take-offs.
· Written documentation within TNT Systems.
· Oral and written communication daily with customers, vendors and co-workers.

Measures of Success of the Position
· 100% houses walked
· Average inventory turnover of less than seven days
· Installation inspections completed within two weeks of 100% complete
· All problems resolved or next appropriate action taken on open items before leaving each day
· Positive feedback from customers

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
