The candidate must be a motivated individual with professional skills to multitask between resident treatments, staff management, and required projects. The individual should have understanding of both State and Federal Laws related to Nursing Home rehab. This position will also require assistance with treatments at sister homes when staffing needs occur.

As the Director of Rehab (PT/OT/ST), you will lead a team in providing top-quality rehabilitation services. Utilize your core skills in management, practice management, and medical administrative support to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient patient care. Your premium skills in fiscal management and supervising experience will be essential in optimizing department performance and staff development. With relevant skills in Epic and hospital experience, you will contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and maintaining high standards of care.
