The role you will play:
- Assistance the Assistant Project Manager in the preparation of the CPM baseline, monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives, and CPM fragments with changes and delays.
- Processing submittals to achieve the project schedule and the contract documents.
- Expediting the material deliveries of subcontractors and vendors.
- Properly inspect materials for quantity and quality, ensuring that all material are in conformance with the contract documents and approved submittals.
- Management of the RFI Process and ensuring the drawings are posted and up to date.
- Assist the Project Superintendent and Project Manager with subcontractor preconstruction meetings.
- Safety Planning and Performance – Participation in the SOS Program.
- Participation in and assist with S&P Quality Control Program.
- Closing out the project in compliance with contract documents.
- Ensure implementation of project management systems as outlined in the Operations and Procedures Manual.
- Manage specific budgets within the cost control.
- Accumulate all necessary data for monthly pay estimates.
- Assist with production analysis studies.

Preferred: B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
Strongly preferred: Experience with Viewpoint, Primavera P6, and Procore
