Responsible for the analysis of AML and/or OFAC Sanction Program regulations and determination of enterprise-wide impact. These responsibilities include identification of policy, system and process gaps, determination of appropriate steps to mitigate the Bank's risk and management of all associated tasks required to ensure full compliance. Role is both theoretical and technical and may extend from management of AML and OFAC risk assessments and written Compliance Program, to oversight of key LOB processes with significant AML/OFAC risks, providing business units counsel on effective control measures related to AML/OFAC compliance to system analysis, design, identification of detailed business requirements and testing. AML related project responsibilities are also a major function of this position.
Position Requirements:Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in regulatory, compliance, analytics, risk management or internal audit with AML focus in the financial services or consulting industry.
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years experience in regulatory, compliance, analytics, risk management or internal audit with AML focus in the financial services or consulting industry.
Thorough knowledge of AML regulatory requirements.
Heightened sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Other Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to interpret and analyze complex regulatory concepts and apply in innovative ways.
CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or similar designation.
Advanced spreadsheet and database knowledge.
Experience in developing VBA macros in Microsoft Access and Excel or comparable system.
Knowledge of OFAC Sanction Programs requirements.
Knowledge of Bank systems.
Financial crimes investigation, customer due diligence or other BSA or OFAC operational experience.
