We are seeking a full time, 40 hours/week Lead Host/Hostess for our Boulders campus. Under the direction of the dining room manager, the Lead Host/Hostess is responsible for professionally greeting and seating residents and their guests, coordinating the activities of the dining room personnel, assist with scheduling, orientation and training of the dining room personnel and coordinate special functions at the Boulders. A flexible schedule and weekend availability is a must. A typical schedule could be working 10:30am-8:30pm, or 10:30am-8:30pm. The ideal candidate will provide quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors. Someone who is approachable, able to multi-task, perform under pressure and able to give direction is desirable.

Ability to exert up to 40-50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
Must have the ability of a flexible schedule to work around special events, functions, and staffing challenges.
5-7 years equivalent and relevant experience in restaurant and catering industry preferred.
Previous restaurant, serving, catering or host/hostess experience is required.
ServSafe Certification preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent of HiSET. Preferred: Associates degree in Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management.
