PDG Architects is a dynamic, growing architectural firm with a broad clientele base. We are currently recruiting Full-time Architectural Interns.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BIM deliverables including 2D CAD drawings and Revit 3D models
- Prepare Modeling from 3D Imaging data
- BIM Modeling of current conditions for large public sector projects
- Must be able to draw building from existing documentation and information gathered in the field
- Prepare and review deliverables as per client expectations
- This position requires some travel throughout the US
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Construction Science
Experience:
- Architectural Intern with 3-7 years relevant experience
Specific Skills/Requirements:
- Proficient in reading Construction Documents
- Proficient in working with Imperial and Metric unit systems
- REVIT and AutoCAD proficiency required
- Knowledge of Laser scanning software and hardware
- Knowledge of surveying practices
- Ability to work individually and in team environments
- Works well under pressure and understands/honors deadlines
- Good organizational skills
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Must be able to pass a background check and authorized to work in the United States (required for public sector contracts)

Starting salary depends on experience.
