Position Description:

Metrica Inc. is searching for a candidate to fill the position a Tier 3 Archer Service Desk professional. This position provides Customer Support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) Dashboard and includes:

  • Provide on-going training and support to RSA Archer applications integrators
  • Create and update presentations, videos, WebEx sessions and various forms of training
  • materials as needed for installation, maintenance and use of customized dashboard applications
  • Provide Tier 3 Customer Support for RSA Archer dashboard applications
  • Create and manage trouble tickets using as MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) trouble ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CDM Dashboard related issues and problems
  • Must be a US Citizen

Education or Equivalent Training:

  • RSA Archer Administration - Certification highly preferred but not required
  • Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of professional training and work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience working with the RSA Archer GRC system or related technology
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS) and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Knowledge of RabbitMQ
  • Knowledge of C++ programming language
  • Experience with providing training and presentations in an IT environment
  • Technical training content creation
