Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, finance, business administration, field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or business planning function.
Experience in project/program management.
Experience with datasets.
10 years of related work experience, including experience at a management consulting firm or support organization.
Knowledge of enterprise business and cloud technologies, products, and market landscape.

As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you'll help drive strategy and execution for Google Cloud Support, delivering thought leadership, operational rigor, and executive-level narratives. In this role, you'll take on ambiguous problems, effectively communicating issues to audiences, including leadership and executives. You'll immerse yourself in data collection, draw insights from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you'll comfortably operate under uncertainty, structuring issues and finding creative solutions to business challenges. You'll comfortably work in a rapidly changing industry, demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

Drive prioritization of initiatives that enhance Google Cloud Support.
Identify opportunities for the organization to increase effectiveness.
